I installed the patch and I forgot how to get rid of the rectangular box on the map that shows the terrain values? It's superimposed over the map?

In the main menu, select: 'Options->Default Options' to get rid of the green info boxers.

Finalising my never ending stint here in CY. With the gods of war on my side I might be off the rock by spring next year

I still can't get the message box of the terrain like you said? Okay I tried the classic rules and the box disappeared. However, I am then not playing with the updated rules?

Classic defaults is just the appearance and mouse click effects AFAIK - the updated (advanced?) rules have their own selections in the options menu.

Play-player options-tool tip show: put a really high number there.
