When is night-time?

Couldn't find mention in the Manual.
No, the manual wouldn't say. It various based on time of year, and the hours of sunrise and sunset are set in the all-important "scenario.txt" file for each scenario. Thus Mill Springs, set in January, has a shorter day than Manassas in July.
