Claiming games

Hi, I can't remove the games I claim. Althought my opponents don't play for more than 30 days I can't claim these games and remove them. Anyone knows why this happens?

Contact us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk, with the games details (your username, opponents username, map name) and we will remove it from your account.
