I Play currently the case blue Scenario with a budy... he is playing red army and can't place his reinforcements. He has the reinforcement Card visible, can execute "Play Card" but has not a valid City to place... so finally he can't place his reinforcements.
Right now we are playing the fourth turn an neither 18th Tank Corps nor some rifle divisions available at this time can be placed.
Can anybody help?
Is this caused by C&C rules for Russians? Is this a bug?
Please help as my (Germans) Progress is already significant and I don't wanna restart the game
