In play testing, I discovered a more efficient way to handle progressions

Assuming CL Omaha is Class 809-812, then it goes
809->810->811->812(DD)

CLAA class 814-817

CVL(Flush Deck) 819-821 & CVL(Rebuild) 823-825
819->820->821---->823(Upgrade Delay=120)->824->825

This is a lot more streamlined and makes a hell of a lot more sense.

For fun, I took CL Omaha 1/43 version and stripped her catapults and 6" casemates, then tweeked up her 40mm and 20mm and then... I added K-Gun DCs, Rack DCs, and a Hedgehog... and turned her into a big DD...
