About fire rate, how to edit it?

Hi, guys, I noticed that in the game we did have a static called fire rate, e.g. the 5in MK8 EBR gun has a fire rate of 6 shells per minute, but there was no such item in the editor, so is it fixed with the game engine or we can edit it?

After looking through the game and the editor, I do not believe that there is a correlating field in the editor to change this value. I believe that the value is hard coded.

AFAIK the field for 'accuracy' is actually a composite of rate of fire and accuracy.
