Used the Create Scenario button to create an Operation and under Scenario Settings set Axis and Allies Supply to low but when I start the Operations the BG's have full ammo/fuel???

If you create a just a battle it does work as I have had vehicles start with no fual.

Supply in operations and campaigns is primarily controlled by supply depots and supply lines. Both your BGs have access to a friendly major supply depot, so they're going to be re-supplied to full at the start of the turn.

For a limited supply situation you can 1) Use minor depots and/or 2) make sure your scenario map has the supply depots cut off by enemy map control. If there is no supply line at start the BGs will start on very low / red supply state, as set in the options.

Note: Airborne BGs may also get auto-supply, depending on the data and settings in campaign.txt.

Supply in the scenario setting is set to low but the screenshot clearly shows full ammo and fuel. Am I correct to understand that it is intentional to start Operations with supply set to low with full ammo and fuel anyway? Are more custom settings not working in Operations and Campaigns?

Here is a strat layer picture from an Operation in TLD on the 1st turn and the French BG has low ammo and fuel because of using the Scenario Settings Supply low option. So it use to work....



Note: that there is no ++ or + to indicate the BG is in supply or level supply in TLD
