Looking for a new PBEM battle. Anything considered.

Hi, I am thinking my scenario maybe ready for testing....I think I've worked out all the bugs up to the invasion of Russia, and/or England. But not absolutely positive. I need input on play balance and any other ideas. The game is a recreation of the European Theatre of Operations from Sept 1, 1939 to end of the war in Europe. I prefer to play by Dropbox since my email is limited and I get a lot of email.
It still has some diagnostics events in it but otherwise it's ready. I am including messages on events which may be deleted later--depending upon if you or any other playtester thinks it's too much.
It's either a 2 or 3 player game but the Russian player may not have much to do until Germany invades her or she wakes up.
Sides are Axis, Allied, and Soviets.
NO AI in game.

Sounds good LJ. Where can I download the scenario?

If you want to play a Random team game against say 4 AI's I will be happy to get it started in dropbox.

Is that just for two players or could more play Irondude?

As many players who want to take part, if its a competitive game then we can organize 2v2 3v3 or if its a learning type of game then Human against AI then 2Humanv2AI 3Humanv3AI normal level more AI powers can be added for more of challenge.

Sorry, been out of the loop for a few days. I still keen to get this going. Are there any others who want to take part?

Hey all. I've cut my teeth on ATG for a time times half a time - against A.I. Would love to join this game or any game a generous player would offer me and have the thrill of a human opponent. Thanks all.

ArmouredLion you will need Dropbox its a free downloadable file sharing program. You can have it running in the background or just log into Dropbox via the Dropbox home page take the game files out and put the next players file in works fine.

Is LJ going to play as well?

We have Falco Ironduke ArmouredLion Larry baloo7777 and of course Bomber I make that six.

I had thought of a novel way to pick the sides a create the game/map for six players, players pick the nationality that they prefer, to each nationality a number is randomly generated from 1 to 6. Side 1 is numbers 1,2,3, Side 2 is 4,5,6, so once nationalities are picked I can reveal sides.

Works for me. I would play the Italians again. Or a second choice would be the Soviets.

don't know what Bombers mod entails, but it's all good brothers - just glad to be along for the ride. As a German American ...love my Germans and shy from the French. BUT whatever, I'll do whatever - this game will be a learning exp anyway. I'll check the mod out now.

Bomber has researched the historical planes and vehicles for the entire historical period starting 1930, so you fight with armor and planes modeled on historically accurate models of the nations of the period. it will be three days before Bomber finishes work on the mod, once that is done I will post the list of nations available be quick or your preference may be claimed, just post your preference PM your e-mail address to me so I can invite you to the dropbox folder for the game, Bomber will place the mod in the folder so you don't have to bother to navigate the VR website to download the mod. If you need any help with installation for the mod just shout out here.
