Could you try a set with the unit text white. The higher contrast would make it easier to read.

Here is a try with a text in white for the Tiger II and the ISU-122.
It seems better (?)
I am going to continue with the text in white.
Please note, It makes a little less good on a screenshot than on a real screen.

I will also post my mod at slitherine.
Making a unit is not very difficult (I use a program which I have create) but there are so many units. Sometimes when two different units have the same image, I have to modify certain files (equipment.pzeqp and efx.pzdat).
Tomorrow I shall publish a new screenshot.

The addition of the divisional markers is okay, but I think you will need to move the unit symbols down a little (5-6 px), as the top is crowded, and there is space at the bottom of the counter to do so.

You are right.I quickly made it.The nato symbols also must be worked again.
Next release will be the German Elite units.

Personally I prefer it without the Divisional markings, less cluttered and as far as I know units in PC aren't necessarily Divisions.

I made Divisional markings for all units because by default the strengh is 10.
Can be that I am going to create units of different sizes (Division, Regiment...), if it is possible.
