I'm getting this message. Problem is, even if the prompt suggests a choice, I can only accept or cancel. In the latter case I will simply be returned to the question again, next time I hit execute. If there's a real choice? I rather not have the AI handle this Allied nation. Can I play it or do I have to accept AI taking charge?
