Knights and I were playing last nite [ we had a good connection....has there been work done? ] and 6 mins into a game I had the battle freeze and the error message ..close combat engine executable is not responding. we had to reload the lobby and start over.
now...I believe I had hit the truce button about a min before that. my opponent...knights who was hosting, did NOT hit truce.
I had this happen before tho ..see other thread....and truce was not an issue.

whats with the exe crashes?

knights tells me that he plays Hetser, and they have this problem with the exe crash quite regularly. again knights hosts and hetser gets the exe crash...usually at the end or near the end of a 30 min battle. again truce is not a factor in those crashes.

can you look into this please.

There isn't enough information for me to know for certain what is causing it, and I am not able to reproduce it myself. First step would be to verify that everyone has the most recent update and that no mods are in use.

If you and your opponents would be willing to use a special version of the game, I can give you a debug executable that will send me information about where the game crashed and why. This should allow us to narrow down the problem. If you're willing to do this, please send me a PM and we can make arrangements.
