During the Return To Base Phase, moving ships can be intercepted -but only by organized ships staying at sea.

A lone and disorganized Vichy French BB staying at sea in the western med was able to intercept CW ships returning to Gibraltar in my current game.
I know a DG ship can intercept/initiate combat if doing so in the same impulse in which it DG'ed, so the question would be if ships that initiated combat in the last impulse of a gameturn (which was the case for the Vichy BB), are also (still) allowed to intercept during the RTB??

Should not be allowed, must be a bug. Also the Vichy ship should not be able to stay at sea unless Vichy is hostile, so possibly two bugs.

Ah, well that's interesting... Don't know about the Vichy rules very much, but I Checked relations in my game FYI:

Vichy is at war with all allies except Free France and Russia, and it doesn't co-operate with any other axis powers.
IIRC, the latter indicates that Vichy is indeed not hostile to anyone.

Some1 picking these up to put on the bug list (if they're not on it already)?

I can ofc provide a savegame if needed.

A gamesave is always usefull, because it recreates the exact circumstances in which something happened. So: yes please.

I don't have a savegame of the German (or Vichy, if any) Stay At Sea phase; for some reason the game did not autosave there.

I do have a save of the CW RTB Phase.
Rebasing any allied ships through the Western Med will prompt the French BB the question if it wants to intercept or not.

In case it is important to get to the Stay at sea phase to receate the decision for Vichy to keep their BB a sea,
I attached a save from the FF preliminary production phase. Easy to get from there to the stay at sea phases.

I confirm that this is a bug. During the stay at sea phase, you should not be able to select the Dunkerque. I'll forward this toward the bug list. Thanks for catching this one.
