Pardon my ignorance, but what is the function of the large white box and what is the Trigger Base for?
There is a manual for the editor located at C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\Manuals called WITPAE-Editor.pdf
page 55 has info on the Trigger Base.
