Just wish the editor were a bit more user friendly. Trying to do a WWII ETO scenario and it really is a LOT of work just putting all the units on the map. Would be nice if everything regarding placing things on the map could be done in the map screen. As it is now, I have to flip back and forth between the "Map" screen and the "units" screen to get each individual unit created, named and fleshed out. [X(]

Fortunately most nations had standard units which requires only a short time on the unit screen or TOE screen...names of units can be done on the map screen . . that's what I used creating my ETO Redone scenario...which is now undergoing testing. I found that most of the work I did was research on lots of books and websites for units and conditions at the start of battles.

You can actually make 16 units at a time in the unit screen, and simply move them around afterwards. Also you could make a standard unit, as one of the predefined units, and copy that one to save time...

Thanks Ernieschwitz. I'm using the method of creating a group of units at a time and then moving them around afterward in the map screen. That seems to be the easiest way. [:)]
