Peru, Chile and Bolivia went at it years ago over a patch of land that was covered in bird an bat guano IIRC.

Nobody really cared until the British started gathering the stuff for gunpowder I think, then a fight started.

The Bolivians lost access to the Pacific and to this day they don't feel things are really settled.

True what Truman said about the only thing new in the world ?
