If you are using Windows 7, right click on the saved game file. This will bring up a menu. Pick "Send too...". This will bring up another menu. Pick "Compressed (zipped) folder. This will put your saved game in a compressed folder.
I hope that Windows 10 has not changed this, but I don't know.
Now, in the matrix games forum, scroll to the bottom and click on "post reply". (Not "fast reply".) This will bring up the window where you can type in a message. At the bottom right there is a command "Click here to upload". Click there, browse to your compressed saved game folder, and select it. After a short wait, your saved game should be uploaded.
Attempting to upload an uncompressed saved game will not work.
