I find it very difficult, especially the AA units makes trouble all the time.

I only have a basic knowledge about the different weapon/unit types, I just love to play war games. So, are AA units in real life used against land units? In the game AA units kills my land units easily, or so it seems? Should it be so?

Anti-aircraft artillery against land units is common and effective.

I recommend trying to mask your movement with the terrain. Avoiding the AAA as much as possible.

It won't be completely unavoidable, but there are paths you can take to minimize it.
