Ok quick idiot question?

Never could work the search engine on this site
Have my switches I have used now on 2 other machines. Where do they go again? Just setting up a friends machine......Where do you enter the switches again? I pulled up properties but seem to be drawing a blank.....Old Age

Thanks guys.....45 is getting old. I don't run as fast as I use to.....actually I am wearing a red shirt also. What does that mean?
