Torch expansion, EF Log report bug

The per turn ground losses for the EF are Zero in all equipment categories in the Log Report. Both in Air Movement Phase and in the ground phase. Must be only a display issue since losses are taking place as seen from the totals.

I'm talking about:
There should be losses there, but everything is Zero.
