I am using Windows 10. I got to the boot camp scenario in windowed mode using 1900 x 1080 screen resolution. The problem is that after selecting the infantry team with a left click, my mouse clicks don't work.
I left clicking on another area of the map does not deselect the team and right clicking the team does nothing.

I have tried other screen resolutions and compatibility run options with the same problem.

Never mind, it works in a real scenario. Ignore OP.

In boot camp you are often limited to doing a specific action at the specific location. This is probably what was happening -- check the instruction text and look for a grey arrow indicating where you need to click.
