Extract to your Command folder, answering "yes" to any overwrite questions.

This will also soon become available through Steam, but if you are a Steam user and in a real hurry you can just extract this to the installation folder of the Steam version.

don't have steam and never got this before .8. see attached jpg. clicking either button gets me to desktop

You have to delete some steam related file. Can't remember which one. Look for something with Steam in the file name in the directory of the command.exe.

Delete "Force_Steam" in the command folder if its in there and you're not using steam.
