Random Name and Attribute Generator

Right now I just have this set up to create random air officers but it should be easily modifiable.
- it has 600 last names and will generate a random first name out of a list of 100 first names
- it will randomly assign the nationality of US or BR
- it will randomly assign rank 1 or 2 for the rank
- it will randomly assign Political, Morale, Initiative and Air attributes
to re-run just double click in an empty cell and then click on a cell nearby and new values will be generated.
