Hello, I received NI today. I already own CMNAO but couldn't deal with the download. Is there a way to tell if scenarios 3 and 8 have been patched? The CD has a date of 10/25/15 which suggests to me maybe it isn't upgraded.

Not likely. Install NI then patch.
