Kinkos manuals

I've been to the Matrix Doc Center, but am still unclear as to how a printed and bound manual is ordered from Kinkos.
Can this be done online, or is it necessary to bring the CD to a
Kinkos. If I bring the CD to my local Kinkos for the job, will they know what to do and how to make the manual?
Can someone please clear this up for me?
