I just played H2H, commanding the Chinese against the Germans. When the German tanks opened fire, and my own crews started bailin out, I noticed that they had 0 movement, even after being left alone for a couple of turns, and with 0 suppression.
Is this supposed to be this way? The German crews could move like always after bailing out.

I'll have to try that out...I've played as the Poles, Hungarians and Romanians against the AI and they can retreat just fine when forced to bail.
