I have posted 2-3 posts on regular area, thinking I was just doing something stupid; but basically I can not get DW re-installed with downloads I have access to via my members area; I have all five versions and can provide serial #'s if needed. Nice people on forum says Universe is a stand-alone game, but download file says it's a beta release and is only 15.5mbs. Doesn't seem large enough to be an intire game to me.

Anyways please read my other posts from 11/21-22 and see if you can figure out something for me. I have had to re-install other games from Matrix/Slitherine and no problems. The only thing I can get to work is original DW, which has 567mbs.

You need to post a support ticket and ask for a download link. For Universe. If it is registered to you on this site it should be easy. If not, maybe include your universe serial.

If you got the Universe serial, you can also get a free steam key and play through that interface.
