Well...since I have figured out what an alpha channel is, I thought I would try something.

It always bothered me that I would have difficulty finding my XXX Rail Group in a sea of II Construction battalions (well, mostly in WitE)

I wondered if I could put a coloured band for the different sizes....white for divison, yellow for corp, blue for army and green for High Command.

After several failures and a pot of tea later I have this:

I have only done the highest zoom level since that is really the only level I would care. The extra large level in the unit bar on the right I left alone as well since it only shows the contents of a hex, so spotting the HQ should be easy.

Anyways, here is the file. It is not the original counter from the game, but my 'buttonized' counters that give a slight rounded look.

The file belongs in Dat/Art/Units and is called Counter44x44.tga
