hi last week I log into slitherine to get steam keys for 6 games that I owned. 5 of the keys work and the one for distance world says steam key already activated. how do I get another steam key? or how do I get my steam key to work?

And be sure that the key is different from the other ones you got and that you do not accidentally paste the same one twice.

Hey, I also have this problem; this is my first purchase from Matrix games, and upon generating my Steam key it appears to be a duplicate - a key that has already been used.

I've emailed the slitherine support email, so here's hoping they can resolve this.

How do you get a steam key?

Also, if I do get one will it work on the Vanilla game not the Universe one?

Universe is on steam, the original is not. So only Universe has steam keys, and you have to get one by following the instructions in that post.

HI guys - just contact support. We don't know what is up with the steam system but this sometimes happens but the team can disable the old key and create a new one. We've reported it but no luck so far.

Ahh thanks. I don't have Universe as I bought all the expansions one at a time. I feel like we got screwed on that deal as we can't get on steam with the game and we can't get any new patches.
