Weather Bug? Mud but not current or previous rain? (1.0.1 beta)

It's been fine weather in the north all game, but yet this turn and last the logs mentioned mud? What am I missing about the weather report? If it's not telling me the conditions, what is the point of the weather report? I'm not sure what is going on here, but some UI changes are in order at the minimum. My guess is there some sort of bug here.

Note: players involved both upgrade to beta 1.0.1 two turns ago.

Hi abdulbian,
The construction Bn's converted 18 miles of rail in AGN and were constrained by Mud conditions. But this is what happened the previous turn.
The weather report shows you the weather this turn.
All the information you're looking at in the report tab is historical info about activity that happened either the previous turn or prior to the start of the current turn (there's stuff that happens during the Soviet turn, for example, or during end of turn processing). The obvious exception to this is the weather report.
If you ask a unit, for example, to Report Status! you're contacting it directly and will receive up to date information.

thanks. I believe the weather was fine the previous turn. So the MUD situation in AGN is still a mystery to me.

thanks. I believe the weather was fine the previous turn. So the MUD situation in AGN is still a mystery to me.
Also, the issue of converting rail and MUD happen on the previous turn, even though weather has been FINE in the north since the start of the campaign. So I'm still confused here and my rail conversion in the north is suffering due to the phantom rain in the north in July [:(]
Is there an option to have historical weather?

Bump because I too believe there is a problem. I have not had mud yet through the middle of July. Yet it seems like 75%+ of my rail conversion efforts report Mud.
@Lancer- I couldn't make out your answer if you're saying it was WAD. Can you provide more insight to understanding this?

I agree that there seems to be something incorrect here. I have seen that mud indicator when, as far as I know, it has never rained and there are certainly no mud hexes on the map. I have also had mud everywhere and not had the note appear. Lastly I have had 18 miles of track converted with mud and without mud. I'm not sure if it is making any difference.
I'm also not sure that the conversion pace in the game is as rapid as really happened, but I'm sure someone here is much more the historian on that subject than I.

The rail conversion routines are fairly complex and it's possible there might be something amiss.

Hi,
There's a small bug in the routines here that does indicate Mud conditions falsely as you've highlighted.
Fixed for the next update but in the meantime it shouldn't affect much other than slowing down the conversion rate a touch for AGC & AGS.
The conversion rates are due to be tweaked for higher difficulty levels to bring them down to more realistic levels.
What's there at present, with the bug, isn't to far off reality although a lot depends on how much emphasis you are willing to put on doing a thorough job as opposed to a quick and dirty conversion that leaves a few problems in it's wake.
