Rest Refit

How often do you rest and refit and when? As the Germans this matters. The other side it just doesn't matter. I usually do this for the Army when I can afford to do it. For the Panzers I am usually doing it almost every 6 weeks. Though things are getting very hairy at this point as I like to run them...
