So i have taken the two hannoverian cities as france and killed their army, the decree to annex Hannover opens up and i click it, and pay the cost for it, i then end turn......and nothing happens.... have i missed something? [&:]

Some people report it works, some it does not. We are still checking while it is unreliable.
