OT safe winzip download site?

I wanted to upload some more Radio Traffic & Mapmarkers but I only use WinRAR which I've found out is not acceptable at the on target site.
Anyone point me in the direction of a 'safe' winzip site I can use for a temporary time?

Let me see if I can add the .RAR to the site later today if that would help. I'm also thinking winrar will do a zip archive.

7zip is free and works wonders.

WinRAR can also make zip.
I you direct open the archive and change the rar format to zip.

Uploaded to On Target site, just more of the same stuff,
just 'cherry pic'-copy and paste into their appropriate folders what you want to use or discard.
In the Data folders are some extras - 'Radio Traffic' counters in the 'save' folders, just rename and place them in their correct location.
PLEEASEE back up your originals.
