PLEASE HELP.It seems my screen is cropped at the bottom. the tutorial manual says to hover over number 9 on the Stavka piece but I can't get there

Do you have screen with height of 768 pixels? Thay may be too little to play the game comfortable, it requires 768 pixels for the contents of its window, so more with all the borders and bars.
