Hello out there. Ive got a new computer and I would like to redownload the game onto it. I know the 16 digit code. I didn't buy the boxed version just the download version. Somebody HELPPPPPPPP.

just re login to your account and see if the download link is there or contact support and they will help. or redeem a steam key and download it from steam, it's your choice

Well I went to the plimus support site and I got a written reply that Ive downloaded the game too many times. Which is a load of crap.. HELPPPPP

There's no limit to the number of times you may request for new download links.
Just open a tech support ticket or contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.

I went to slithering and got a code to download onto Steam. Everything is working fine now.. thanks for the help.
