Hi all,

I'm playing the 12:00 Manassas scenario, playing the federals.

Some of my units have a reduced morale (2nd and 3rd division, mainly).

I let them rally with rally orders and commanders at 2 hexes range to get better chances for the morale to increase.

But it doesn´t work. I'm at 16:00 and only one brigade have restored morale thanks to a regiment with heroic attribute.

I have used Urge Unit sometimes. That worked for the strenght (they recover some strength), buth they didn't get the morale boost.

Maybe it's WAD due to the poor training of this army at the time. Is it only a queston of bad luck?
I used Urge Unit at the beginer scenario and it worked correctly (strenght and morale recovering and more movement points), but this time I only recover strenght and get some more movement points, but not the morale boost.

Is this "Urge Unit" order dependant on the regiment's commander ratings or the army's general moral, or something that I've missed?

yes, and also they need to be in command range as well
