Battle of Britain: puzzling result

Hi!
First of all I'd like to say that I find OOB:P a fabulous game, and will happily throw more money your way as and when expansions come out (European theatre, please!)
However...
Last night I played the BoB scenario (thank you!), which ended with a result I cannot understand:
1. Introductory scenario: I lost 1 convoy
2. Main scenario: I managed 3 secondary objectives at 100% and 1 at 80% (lost 1 convoy out of 5). Of the primary objectives, I got the first (British morale 100/100) and 95% of the second (German morale 5/100). I lost a few units.
-> Scenario outcome: Inconclusive
-> Campaign outcome: Defeat
