ok, I have forgotten .... Using select squadrons to train up pilots .... when ready, release them to reserve ... but how in the sam hill do I insure that I re-fill these training squadrons with the least experienced recruits .... ?

Select Replacement Pilots.

If you have green pilots in the reserve pool, you can select to pick pilots from the reserve pool, sort by experience and select the least experienced. Otherwise you can set to draw replacement pilots and draw as many as you need. You will get all green pilots.

always a good idea to combe your reserve pools, you will always find pilots who need a bit more training to be ready for action
