Having tipped a tin of guiness over my old laptop it is now barely useable [&:]

No worries I thought, WIE is registered at Matrix, just need to download it again to my new laptop, but where has my download link gone please? I have a link to a beta update which appears, though this requires the original game to be installed. Both the DLC I purchased are also there and if required I have the 16 number code I was given when I purchased the game. So where has the download link disappeared to?

Ask matrix support, they will help

Just open a tech support ticket or contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.
