Fuel Table question

Is fuel additive as you go down the table? See the attached. The first turn Axis fuel report said the Axis got 999 at 2,30 and 1499 at 1,5 and 1999 at 3,40. What I expected was 1000 at 2,30 then 500 at each of the other two towns.

Sounds like a bug in the event script to me. Might be a few days till i get around to fixing it. Probably its just an error in the report text and actual amounts are ok.

Fuel report is still wrong after the latest update. Just mentioning it so it doesn't fall through the crack.

Yeah i forgot to fix that issue since I focussed completely on the AI related issues.
