Could somebody please help a screenshot challenged player, and explain how to take and place a screenshot in the forum?

"Click here to upload"
"Browse" to find your image
"OK"
Done

And to actually take a screenshot, there are several methods, but the easiest is:
1. to take the snapshot of what is currently in your desktop, simply hit your PrtScr (PrintScreen; usually to the right of the F12 key on the keyboard)
2. Then open Paint
3. Paste (Ctrl-V) the image onto Paint.
4. Adjust the image to your liking (crop it, add arrows, or text, etc)
5. Save it somewhere (for instance on your desktop), as a jpg file, giving it any name you want
Then use this image as explained above
