Holy smokes, I pulled off a Minor Victory for Operation Husky as the Axis player. What a miracle. Still have issues with the whole combat thing. I'm glad I was able to prove my earlier thoughts wrong about the Axis not being able to achieve anything more than a draw for this scenario.

morale, training, fatigue, supply and support, leadership and terrain, and then history, means it's a massive uphill struggle for the Germans, if they didn't win in history they will find it hard to do it in game

to make it simple to explain, place one hand behind your back your main writing hand btw, wear a mitten (not a glove with fingers in it) on the other hand and type a reply, now your handicapped as the Germans are / were.

one reason i play mostly as the Allies, as it's easier and to lower the Germans morale even more i drop empty food and gas tins instead of bombs, as a drop in morale is worth it's weight in gold[:D] [;)]

so well played, over time when you learn more how to play, your scores and victories will be better, games really good, i still play it on easy with FOW off as i don't want a massive challenge and enjoy it like that, 300/400 hours in so far but sill not played much on normal even, seems hard at first as i can remember posting almost the same as the one you did before you edited it, but it's lack of skill or game knowledge as once you understand how it works, it's not half as hard as you first think, then it's time to move the difficulty up a bit, unless you really don't mind loosing a lot and love a very hard challenge.

How so?

Pulling off a minor axis victory was a miracle because of how handicap they've made the axis in operation husky. I like a challenge but dang.. lol
