Hello,

I just tried to update with the latest patch 3.04; when the update gets to the product key tab it says the product
key is incorrect.

The product key displayed is correct with the exception of 4 extra characters appended to what is the correct key.

The real problem arises when I try to change the product key, the field is locked, i.e. no changes are allowed.

How can I fix this and apply the patch?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?
