Hi,
I've bought the game, installed it, installed the patch. When I load the game, though, the scenario list is empty! I have installed the game in the default directory and I've installed the latest patch in the same directory, of course. Can anybody help?

Check the your hard drive and the scenarios are found in the folder: C:\Matrix Games\Combat Command The Matrix Edition\Scenarios

Now that you have found them open the game. By default you should see the list of scenarios. I have found that you can navigate like any other folder and select a scenario.

I know this is an old thread, but if someone runs into this problem like I have, know that the solution is to install the game to the C drive.
If you install it to any other drive, your scenario list with descriptions will be blank.
So, just install it to the default folder that the installer suggests.
