I had Heart of Africa. I liked it. I think I played Seven Cities of Gold more though. I gave all my stuff to my brother-in-law, yep big mistake.

Ahhh yes....many many fond memories of the C64 (well, to be honest I had the 128 but it had emulation mode for C64)

Wow though, I did not recognize any of those games.

For me it was
Mail order Monsters
Wasteland (still have the original manuals somewhere - pretty beat up though)
Bard Tale series
Ultima series
Robotech:CHI
Epyx (the "Games" series, Impossible Mission, etc)
Red Storm Rising and pretty much anything by Microprose (Gunship, Airborne Ranger, F19 Stealth Fighter)
Omega
Roadwar 2000 (to me one of the precursors to modern Rogue-likes; you literally could die after your first move)
Autoduel
4th and Inches

God I could go on and on. Many fun evenings

I go back to epically great games like MULE, One onOne, Archon, anything Microprose or SSI, Carriers at War, Ultima 1-4 (including our U4 Quest of the Amazon total conversion mod - back in the mid 80s), Karateka, Raid on Bungeling Bay, Drool, Möbius, Omega (the tank building and programming game) and many more. Those were great times with a great system of that decade.

I loved all the games from ssg. I loved making those maps from the RUN5 magazine, I still have those magazines on the shelf

I bought my C64 with my first summer job paycheck. Hunchback was the very first game I had. [:D]

Remember the joystick breakers? Daley Thompson Decathlon, International Soccer, Summer Olympics, Winter Olympics...

All Microprose games I had were pure gold. Most hours I logged were probably the Ultima series and Elite. I bought Elite Dangerous from Steam sales just for the nostalgy of having it on my disk again.

That is great! [X(][:)] In the end, it all belongs in the Commodore museum! I still have most of my Apple II, DOS & early Windows game discs (and game boxes too!) [:)]

was a BBC, and spectrum 48/128k boy myself, then went onto the Amiga and Atari ST, before moving to DOS, then windows 3.1, and then never came off windows for gaming again

I had the C64, then sold it off once I got the C128.

My Atari 800 still works; it's very much like the C64.

My first computer was the commodore 64. My favorite games were the Ultima III & IV and Red Storm Rising. Spent many late night hours playing them.

I was too dumb to play ASL solitaire, and then came the Atari 800 48k, and Chris Crawford's Eastern Front 1941. That Atari must be worth something, Zorch!
