All my pipelines are broken, my PG's are sitting in the steppe out of fuel but my logistics performance assessment is outstanding, 5 stars !
Bug ?

Hi nukkxx,

It's averaged over the game up to that point and there is a one turn lag before it can be assessed.

High Commands view of your logistical abilities will grow dimmer as time goes on.
