I have tried twice to install Barbarossa but the installer hangs up and goes unresponsive.

It has been sitting today at FokkerC5.wav file for 20 minutes.

Last night it hung up at german.ogg.

Do not have a clue on what the problem is.

I have a Windows 10 Toshiba laptop with 16gb of RAM.

PS. Just installed John Tiller's Battleground Civil War without a problem.

Please open a support ticket from Matrix Games. Over here we can help with the game, but not with the Matrix installer.

My guess is maybe something went wrong with the download? did you try re-downloading it?

Also you could try switching off all other apps including anti-virus software while installing?
