I do not understand how the diplomicy work.
I have sent a very resenable proposal for peace to Prussia several times. I have a warscore of 140+ and occupy Berlin and most of the western part but it will not answer.
Can somebody help me to understand the mechanism or is a glitch?

Check the last category of messages. Did you got something about Prussia not even responding (meaning they find your offer insulting) or do you see a message they are sending proposals at the same time as you? Also, don't forget to update to the latest public beta patch, at Ageod.
