I have this scenario, where I have set the chance of officers coming into the officer pool is random... And it works, and it doesn't work.

Meaning sometimes I get the message that an officer (no name given) has entered the officer pool. When I look the officer has indeed not appeared. But the message is still there...

Good catch. There was a nasty small glitch in the VR Basic Event library dealing with officers.

Caught it.

Will be fixed with the monday patch.
