How to get a DxDiag report file:
1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8)
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.
lets take a look and we will see, for a guess it's a display issue, maybe DPI, but without the report i'm guessing

Display Memory: 1792 MB
Dedicated Memory: 32 MB
(so maybe a issue as dedi memory is X% times faster, while system memory is a lot slower)
Shared Memory: 1760 MB
Display Memory: 5054 MB
Dedicated Memory: 1012 MB
(you had a onchip and also a onboard chip on your laptop, the game doesn't know which one to use maybe) common problem with dual chips laptops)
Shared Memory: 4042 MB
unless theirs a way to disable one or tell the game to use one, it will be hard to sort / fix...
AMD Radeon Graphics Processor one is the one you need to use
Code: Select all

things to read and try,
Code: Select all
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03048374
Code: Select all
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02731962
good luck, as it's hardware issue not game related and hope there's a solution that works for you, as sometimes there isn't with dual chips and laptops so please reply if any work, this is the bit for you to look at
Computers with switchable graphics will operate in one of two modes: Fixed Mode or Dynamic Mode.

I am sorry but it is nothing related to my graphics cards, i have disabled one of them each time and the problem persist, also i can see the rest of the game perfectly so the problem is related to the game and its resolution.
I also have CW2 and AJE and their background images works perfectly.

the problem with laptop screen size is one size doesn't fit all displays with then aspect ratio's and up or downsizing images etc
try a different resolution and see if the glitches still happen?
the size is known by 1366x768 (also known as WXGA)
Wide Extended Graphics Array (Wide XGA or WXGA) is a set of non standard resolutions derived from the XGA display standard by widening it to a wide screen aspect ratio. WXGA is commonly used for low-end LCD TVs and LCD computer monitors for widescreen presentation. The exact resolution offered by a device described as "WXGA" can be somewhat variable owing to a proliferation of several closely related standards optimised for different uses and derived from different bases.
Code: Select all
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_display_resolution#WXGA_.281366x768_and_similar.29
because it's a non standard resolutions and size, like i said before one size image doesn't fit all i'm sorry to say and apart from altering the size or image, which i'd guess won't happen there's not i lot i can do, where as you can try to alter the size / resolution and use maybe windowed mode etc? which may or may not help, but worth a try all the same.

I don't see any particular pixelization ... I'd say it's like the ones I have seen in all PC's running the game.

The problem is solved in Ageod forum, the problem is that they only have one map and it is in the maximun resolution.
