Player Guide On Version 1.0 DVD?

The copy of SUDG I got was version 1.0. This was before the newer package with version 2.0 was released. I keep hearing on this board about a 'Player's Guide' booklet that came with Version 2.0. What is this, do I already have it on the version 1.0 CD? Can I download it somewhere?

Check the patches page. I think you can upgrade to 2.0 from 1.0.
Since I have 2.0 retail, I'm not sure if the patch includes the Player Guide. There are two online guides you get in the 2.0 retail version of the game. One is HTML linked to from inside the game itself and the other is a PDF file from the game launcher or menu link.
Patch to 2.0 and see if you get the new files.
